James Potter and the Hall of Elders' Crossing

James Potter and the Hall of Elders' Crossing - G. Norman Lippert, Johnny Atomic As a piece of fan fiction, this is an extremely impressive book. As a continuation of Harry Potter, I feel that it fell short of my expectations. Most of the novel followed Rowling's original descriptions of the magical world and Hogwarts. There were some instances that didn't quite fit. For example in the description of one of the classes it was said that there was a fifth year, in the same class as James... Which I find highly unlikely. But in general I enjoyed the overall story. For me the story, even though it was interesting, didn't really pick up until halfway through.
